You have experience in the
development of software packages for central software distribution and are

As a technical contact person in the area of international client development, you will be jointly responsible for the packaging of client software as well as for the provision of the software.
Integration tests of client software (quality assurance)
2nd level support of malfunction and problem reports and support of internal IT colleagues
Contact with the manufacturer in case of further support requests (3rd level support) is also part of the field of activity.
Completed IT education (technical college or adequate education) or german studies
Several years of professional experience in the field of IT / software management
Experience in handling MSI techniques and creating scripts using Visual Basic and PowerShell would be a benefit
Experience in the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment (MECM/SCCM) and good knowledge of Windows operating systems
Ability to work in a team, a high degree of willingness to learn and a high level of customer or service orientation
Good analytical skills, as well as a structured, independent way of working and strong problem-solving skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
