We are looking for a Water & Sewage Group Leader to join our team and contribute to the development of the region through impactful and sustainable construction initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. - Maintain ongoing communication with clients and project beneficiaries
- Represent the company’s management on-site, within the scope of assigned responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of all internal and subcontracted work
- Continuously oversee construction progress and site performance
- Report any disputes or issues with local authorities, clients, designers, or suppliers to company management
- Proactively seek opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality
- Supervise the preparation of documentation that certifies the volume, quality, and value of completed work
- Manage the deployment of personnel (internal teams and subcontractors) on the construction site
- Contribute to human resource planning and recruitment
- Ensure that all activities within the area of responsibility are performed in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, particularly those concerning safety, health, environmental protection, and ISCIR standards
