  • English (written and spoken) at medium level is a prerequisite;
  • German (written and spoken) is an important asset;
  • Very good PC operating skills;
  • High secondary education - baccalaureate diploma mandatory; higher education in economics an advantage;
  • Experience in accounting as well as experience gained in a transportation company is an advantage;
  • Ability to meet deadlines, motivated and organized, result-oriented;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, distributive attention, sense for significant detail, quick decision making, fairness, honesty, perseverance;
  • Willingness to learn, ability to work effectively both individually and in a team, flexibility;
  • No criminal record.

Contribuția ta pentru noi

  • correct, complete and daily input of processed data into the programs used by the company; breakdown of expenses by cost centers;
  • Providing support for operational services (processing and recording time sheets, travel orders, waybills, CMRs, any other documents related to logistical services);
  • ensuring communication with other organizations (suppliers, customers, couriers, public institutions) and other departments;
  • checking the existence and validity of the documents necessary for the activity;
  • to maintain optimal relations with suppliers/customers, in order to solve the usual problems in a timely and good conditions;
  • processing, recording and supervising data on company-owned transport vehicles;
  • processing, recording and supervising data on drivers employed by the company;
  • drawing up the documents necessary for hiring/termination of contracts of employees;
  • issuing sales invoices;
  • preparation of cash register; recording of expense statements;
  • archiving accounting documents;
  • any other task assigned by hierarchically superior managers, within the limits of the employee's competence and within the limits of the company's scope of activity.
