Provide quantity surveyor duties on projects to protect the company’s interest and deliver tender margin-plus with effective cost and value management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial interaction with client and operations team
  • Procurement of works to meet programme and tender
  • Payment applications and collection of cash
  • Supply chain management and payment
  • Change control
  • Monthly Cost and Value Reporting
  • Forecasting out-turn cost and value
  • Risk / opportunity management
  • Develop junior members of team



Required qualifications,  skills, behaviours and attributes:

  • NEC contract experience
  • Qualified to HNC or similar level
  • Commercial experience within the construction industry
