People&Culture Partner (HR Business Partner)

Tasks

We are looking for a People&Culture Partner for Jilava (Bucarest) with the following main tasks:

  • Creating requirement profiles and job advertisements in cooperation with managers, supporting the selection of suitable recruiting channels and taking care of all administrative activities in the entire application and onboarding process
  • Supporting managers in employee development and being the first point of contact for talent management, employee appraisals/development plans, coaching, offboarding
  • Supporting managers as a strategic and operational partner in development and change processes in their own organizational unit
  • Being responsible for developing and implementing the HR goals of the subdivision in coordination with the management
  • Implement HR marketing measures as part of employer branding, being familiar with social media tools and actively contributing to a positive employee experience
  • Managing the personnel planning process together with the managers
  • Being familiar with the relevant HR key figures and supporting managers in interpreting and taking measures
  • Working closely with the central People & Culture Development department to ensure further development of group standards and processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, business psychology, or similar areas
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Being flexible with strong communication skills, and showing a high level of personal responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skills and being motivated to take on new challenges
  • Excellent Romanian language skills and high level of English language and a willingness to travel
