Technical administrator

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with all necessary departments internally and suppliers as per requirements.
  • Provide general administration support and advice to the team.          
  • Input to and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
  • Updating and uploading technical data with the latest requirements.
  • Basic secretarial work for the manager as per requirements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a field relevant in industry.
  2. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Time management skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Project management skills.
